This book grew out of my memories of my much-loved grandma and her house.
My aim with the book was to share the delight I took in exploring her house each time I visited and to celebrate the special bond between grandparent and child.
I wanted reading the book to feel like walking through the house so used cut-through doorways to allow the reader to peep through to the next page and fold out pages to reveal hidden rooms. I filled the book with tiny details reflecting my memories of the many objects that filled my grandma’s home.
