Commissioned by Art Angels Publishing this three dimensional advent tree comes complete with twenty-four paper decorations to help count down the days to Christmas.
This was such a fun project to work on, combining my love of illustration and paper-engineering with the excitement of the festive season.
As advent progresses the tree steadily fills with decorations until the smiling Father Christmas is hung up on Christmas Eve. All the artwork was created using collaged paper which I then drew details into, giving the tree and decorations the illusion of texture.
